This project is designed to allow students to identify and explore public health issues for a nation randomly assigned at the start of the term. Each student is tasked with describing the nation’s infrastructure and demographics and identifying major public health challenges. Students then select a public health issue and discuss the basic epidemiology, contributing factors, social determinants, and possible evidence-based solutions.
