Augustana Seniors Fall 1883 (Class of 1884)
The work for this project was conducted by first-year students in FYI 102 Practical Genealogy, a course taught by Tom Bengtson. Each team of students researched a student listed in the senior class in the Augustana catalog of 1883-1884. Each team wrote a short biography, an ancestors report, a descendants report, a list of ideas for further research, and a source list. Good genealogical citations were required for every fact. Images were included only when those images had been published before 1923.
